1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Spexo platform ("Platform"), which provides landing page services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional terms and policies referenced herein. These terms apply to both advertisers utilizing our Platform and end users visiting advertiser landing pages.

2. Platform Description

Spexo provides a platform where advertisers can create and manage their own landing pages to connect with their audience. Spexo acts as an intermediary service provider and is not responsible for the products, services, or content offered by individual advertisers on their landing pages.

3. Advertiser Responsibilities

Advertisers using our Platform agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising standards
• Provide accurate information about their products or services
• Handle their own customer service, refunds, and product fulfillment
• Comply with TikTok's advertising policies when directing traffic from TikTok
• Not post prohibited content (including but not limited to illegal, harmful, misleading, or discriminatory content)

4. End User Understanding

End users visiting advertiser pages through our Platform acknowledge that:

• Each landing page is operated by the individual advertiser, not by Spexo
• Purchases, transactions, and agreements are between the end user and the advertiser
• Refund requests, customer service issues, and disputes must be directed to the specific advertiser using the contact methods provided on their landing page

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform structure, design, and operational elements are the property of Spexo. Each advertiser retains rights to their own content. End users may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without permission from the respective rights holder.

6. Refund and Customer Service Policy

For any refund, return, or customer service inquiries, end users must contact the specific advertiser directly using the contact information or social media buttons provided on the advertiser's landing page. Spexo does not process refunds or handle customer service for products or services offered by advertisers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spexo shall not be liable for:

• Any content posted by advertisers on their landing pages
• Products or services offered by advertisers
• Disputes between advertisers and end users
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform

8. Indemnification

Advertisers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spexo from any claims arising from their content, products, services, or interactions with end users. End users agree to indemnify Spexo regarding any claims arising from their use of advertiser landing pages.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Iraq. Any dispute between users and Spexo shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation, followed by binding arbitration in accordance with ICC International Court of Arbitration rules before litigation.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

11. Termination

Spexo reserves the right to terminate any advertiser's access to the Platform for violations of these Terms, TikTok's policies, or applicable laws.
